What to send EPC

Start with the information your team already has.

A complete technical brief is helpful, but it is not required for the first discussion. EPC can review an instrument list, area sketch, equipment photos or an existing report.

  • Required service and expected outcome
  • Instrument or equipment make, model, range and quantity
  • Area dimensions, operating limits or storage conditions
  • Site location, access requirements and preferred timeline
  • Previous certificate, mapping report or maintenance record if available
  • Required report, certificate or documentation format
Service workflow

A structured route from requirement to documented execution.

The exact workflow changes with the service, but the commercial and technical decisions remain clear.

Services FAQ

Questions before requesting technical service.

Which EPC service should I select?

Send your equipment list, area details or a short description of the problem. EPC will review the requirement and suggest the most practical service route.

Does EPC provide service outside Lahore?

EPC reviews service requests across Pakistan. Final coverage depends on location, project size, access, schedule and technical feasibility.

Can multiple services be combined in one quotation?

Yes. Calibration, mapping, monitoring, validation support, repair or supply requirements can be reviewed together when the scope is clear.

What documents are provided after service?

Documentation depends on the agreed service. The quotation should state the expected certificate, report, checklist or service record before work begins.

Does EPC claim PNAC accreditation for every service?

No. EPC avoids unsupported accreditation claims. Where PNAC or ISO readiness support is discussed, the scope is consultancy and preparation unless formal accreditation evidence is separately confirmed.

Send your technical requirement for a practical service route.

Include the service type, instrument or equipment details, quantity, location and timeline. EPC will review the scope and respond with the next step.
